Award-winning and recently featured in Ocala Style Magazine, Chef Elyssa Silva brings passion, creativity, and more than a decade of experience to Hilton Ocala’s culinary team.
A proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University (A.S., B.S., and M.S. in Culinary Arts), Chef Silva honed her skills at luxury hotels such as W Boston and Sheraton Boston before bringing her signature style—“upscale comfort cuisine”—to Ocala.
